At Base Conditioning we are excited to launch our first Weight Loss Program package. This package includes 15 weeks of training, 4 times a week, for a total of 60 one-hour personal training sessions. This package includes 5 body composition assessments, a daily meal plan and all supplements supplied according to your body composition assessments.
